With a multiple print like this one, each fish is printed individually so this is actually 10 individual prints on the same sheet of paper. I picked up this fabulous specimen

in this case I used a Chinese rice paper

The print is supplied in a mount

This uses a flour and water paste and requires a drying period of around 24 hours

Lobster are a challenge to print as they are so 3 dimensional

This A4 print is on Thai Mulberry paper and has been mounted using the authentic Japanese wet mounting technique which uses a simple flour and water paste and requires a period of around 24 hours to dry and stretch

Ink is re applied each time and the feather is positioned hand so they all be different

They'd work great in a bathroom or kitchen

I am now using the traditional method for this which is to use a wheat paste to flatten the print and then adhere it to a second sheet of mulberry paper
