The piece is in terrific condition, no dents or dings; and lights well. All you need to do is add lighter fluid, as we are unable to ship with flammable liquids per USPS regulations. The case is a silver tone metal and has a blank cartouche to have your initials engraved. It measures approximately 4 1 4 inches in length by 3 3 4 inches in
