The match safe measures approximately 2 1 4 inches in length by 1 3 4 inches, not including the clasp and chain. The chain is approximately 3 inches in length. These piece has a blank round shaped cartouche for engraving. The case is hallmarked inside with the "E. A. M." hallmark with arrows, as well as "Made In USA" and the patent number of 2173467.
