Serial #1987 which puts the manufacture date at 1974. 4 ounces. The rod appears to be lawn cast with one tip only. There is just the faintest hint of brassing to the inner guide. Everything appears factory mint. The rod feels a bit faster than most Leonards of the period. Blond oven tempered cane done in a three up node pattern. 326 red wraps with purple and red

The bright nickel silver ferrules are size 11/64 and 17/64 with a great fit
