Walt Carpenter Browntone Fly Rod 7'6" 3/2 #5A very nice Walt Carpenter Browntone Fly Rod, 7'6", 3 piece, 2 tips, and built for a #5 line. Mint condition. 3. 8 ounces. Nice medium fast DF action. Light flamed cane done in a three up node pattern. Brown main wraps with black edges. The keeper and male ferrules have an extra band of yellow and red jasper at the windaways and the ferrules. The swelled but has signature wraps in the 3 10 3 1 style of the Leonard Catskill models. The stripper is a
bamboo rod - 7 feet for a 4 weight line
though I can find no other signs of use
