Dingley Fly Reel (For Alex Martin) 3 1/2"A nice Dingley reel made for Alex Martin, 3 1 2" diameter and set up for RHW. Great used condition with normal cosmetic wear but free of any defects that I could find. Metal lineguard and a smooth brass foot that is unmolested. Perforated spool with a lever release and an ebonite handle which spins freely. A simple single check on the inside, which is also stamped "D5". "5" is also stamped on the side of the brass foot. Nice smooth click and the spool

This line of rods was only produced in 1984 and features an impregnated acrylic finish devised by Walt Carpenter that gives a truly lustrous straw colored surface
