Darryl Whitehead Bamboo Fly Rod 7’ 2/2 #4A nice Darryl Whitehead bamboo fly rod, 7'6", 2 piece, 2 tip, and built for #4 or #5 line. Serial #75. 4. 3 ounces. Mint unfished condition. Medium fast action. The cane is a light chestnut oven temper color and features a spiral node pattern. Brown main wraps with small black edges. Banded agate stripper and black snake guides. Swiss super Z style ferrules that have been engraved by Paolo Barbetti (so is the screwlock pocket cap and the bottom plug).

The cap may be a replacement since it doesn't have the patent stamping like the butt female ferrule does
