Ladies Art Deco Compact Case Lighter 1940's Evans Lighter WorksThis is a wonderful vintage 1940's Art Deco Evans cigarette case lighter with a powder and rouge compact that is in working condition. It's a beautiful black enamel that fades into a pale yellowish green. The enamel is in good condition, with some slight scuffing and very tiny nicks, nothing that detracts, as you can see from our photos. No dents to the exterior of the case, but the interior bottom side of the compact has a indentation, and there is
