Its a stretchy top so there is some wiggle room for sizing, but I dont recommend going too small because the more the fabric stretches, the print becomes less vibrant due to the

alignment of print/pattern may vary

-Elastic waistband to grow and shrink with you

-Length from natural waist (where you would like that waistband to sit) to hem

-Sleeve Length

so it is important to select a size based on your hip first

whereas the Fiona dress has a little ruffle at the sleeve hem
