The Kei is a pentagonal rod with a very smooth and parabolic medium action. The rod remains in like new condition, having been fished once. Hideto san has a deserved reputation for making very visually appealing rods with an exquisite finish. This was rod a special order three piece

which doesn't affect its fishing ability whatsoever
No other signs of use
The reel remains in excellent condition with only slight wear having been fished sparsely
There is also a faint pink ring around the bottom of the grip from the red rod bag
