Paul French built most of his rods (not many) in the 90's and at that time was a student of Darryl Whitehead. He built very exquisite rods and those fortunate enough to own one tend to hold on to them. This one is still original, full length and in excellent condition. The rod is based on a Dickerson 8013 taper. Medium fast action. Medium color cane with a gently swelled butt and very
spool width is 1" and holds a DT5+120 or DT6+80
Tung oil finish
