Hardy Bros. CC DeFrance Bamboo Rod 6'10For sale here is a Hardy CC DeFrance bamboo fly rod made in 1959. 6'10 two sections with two tips. Serial H27330. The rod is in good condition. All sections are full length and straight. Original and very well designed Hardy rod bag and original tube. The tube is missing its cap. Comes with its original ferrule plug.
Young Driggs bamboo fly rod in near mint+ original condition
The butt cap seats with a friction fit copper ferrule
Minor rim wear
Also included is a fine leather rod tube and a thick canvas cover for the aluminum tube
made that way according to Bob Summers
The rod remains in excellent+ condition having only been fished sparingly
The butt cap is stamped "HLL
The cap and ring are stamped "Ron Kusse
Also comes with the original reel pouch with Robichaud's stamped impression
Agate stripper and bronze snake guides
The ferrules are size 13/64 and the ferrule fit is excellent
Comes with original Hardy zippered case in fine condition
