Its delicate pink umbels are held on stalks up to 90cm in mid summer. Flowering rush was originally from Asia and is now pretty rare in the UK, although it can be invasive in the US, where it was introduced. It needs planting in a submerged site and requires relatively high fertility soil. We offer flowering rush as a bare rooted plant.
