2019 Le Marognole Amarone "CampoRocco" DOCGDescription Specs The winemaker hand selects the classic Valpolicella varietals Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara from their estate CampoRocco vineyard that faces the sunset at 300 meters above sea level. The choicest grapes are gently placed in wooden racks and allowed to rest for 3 to 4 months. After pressing, the free run juice is subjected to slow, low temperature fermentation for nearly 60 days. Finally the wine is racked into French Oak barrels
