2011 Burny RLC-55JS John Sykes Les Paul Custom (Black)Chinese made in 2011, the RLC 50JS was the John Sykes artist model from Burny Fernandes. Mahogany body with a maple top, slim 60's mahogany neck profile, 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, weighs 3. 9kg's. Received a basic setup and service prior to listing including fret polish, fretboard oil and truss adjustment. Very clean cosmetic condition as pictured with one slight repair to a chip in the body as pictured.

It's now loaded with an unbranded cloth-wire pickup (seems to be high quality) and full sized pots along with an orange drop tone capacitor

Very clean used vintage condition as pictured with basic signs of wear for it's age

The finish on the back of the neck has worn down to a satin feel from years of play

Works perfectly with only minor cosmetic wear

both areas were injected with glue and clamped before being buffed and polished so they're both rock solid and smooth to the touch

Custom ordered from ESP's Japanese factory in the early 1980's

frets have some use but have life left and the neck is straight

This one also has the truss nut replaced along with a replacement truss rod cover
